Our pricing is designed to make experience of medical appointments and laboratory tests cost effective and convienent.
We have a flat fee for medical consultations and our laboratory tests are tiered depending on what you want to test for.

You can book appointments, video chat with a doctor, make payments, receive real-time updates on your lab results, and access digital prescriptions, all without leaving the comfort of your own home. Two-factor authentication ensures the highest level of security, and you can sleep well knowing we’ve met all Dubai Health Authority’s data management requirements.

Simple at-home testing

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE

Our laboratory test kits are delivered to and collected from your desired location. Each sample is transported in temperature-controlled environments and delivered directly to our laboratory to ensure the highest test accuracy. You’ll receive real-time notifications from the time it’s been collected to when the results have been processed.

At-home prescriptions and certificates

DIGITAL PRESCRIPTIONS

Zen DXB is a licensed medical clinic which enables our doctors to prescribe antibiotics and other medications. You’ll be able to access a digital copy of your prescription via the Zen DXB mobile App or your Patient portal, which you can then use at any pharmacy across Dubai.

Our patient portal allows you to upload your previous medical history and highlight existing conditions, allergies, and medication requirements. If the doctor recommends you to a specialist, our system enables you to receive a DHA eReferral, which allows you to make an appointment with a specialist consultant throughout Dubai. Just another small way we’re helping to make your life easier.
